This ONE DAY course will provide you with the necessary skills & knowledge to effectively conduct Disciplinary & Grievance Hearings. It also covers the legal aspects for correct operation of both procedures in line with the ACAS Code of Practice.
It's vital that Disciplinary & Grievance Hearings are conducted in an effective, non-biased, structured & legally compliant manner. Getting it wrong can potentially lead to financial claims being made against the employer for unfair or constructive dismissal including discrimination.
